Tinting of aluminum alloy junction box shell (1)

      Aluminum alloy has the characteristics of light weight, low cost, uniform stress and corrosion resistance. More importantly, it has better heat dissipation performance than other materials. When your product needs to be exposed to high temperature for a long time, it is recommended to choose aluminum alloy waterproof box. There are three steps in coloring process of aluminum junction box shell: surface treatment, anodic oxidation and sealing.

(1) Surface pretreatment: the surface of aluminum shell is treated by chemical or physical methods to expose the pure matrix, so as to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film. Mirror or frosted surfaces can also be obtained by mechanical means.

(2) Anodic oxidation: under a certain process, anodizing occurs on the surface of pretreated aluminum, forming dense, porous and strong adsorption Al203 film.
