Rubber
Rubber is a kind of high elastic polymer material with reversible deformation, which can be divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Its elastic represented at when under the action of a small external force at room temperature can produce greater deformation, and can restore the original state after removing the external force. Synthetic rubber is used in the production of our products, mainly including the following categories:
1.Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), a synthetic Rubber made of Butadiene and acrylonitrile by emulsion polymerization. It has excellent oil resistance, high abrasion resistance and good high temperature resistance. Widely used in the production of various oil - resistant rubber products, a variety of oil - resistant shim, gasket, sleeve, etc. It is mainly used for clamping ring part of metal cable gland in our products. As shown in parts D and E below.
2.Silicone Rubber (Q) has good air permeability and has the highest oxygen transmittance among synthetic polymers. In addition, the high temperature and low temperature resistance of silicone rubber are particularly good. It also shows excellent insulation performance, and very environmentally friendly. It is widely used in aviation, medicine and other fields. It is mainly used for gasket part of metal cable gland, clamping ring part of metal cable gland and O-ring part in our products.
3.Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is a type of Ethylene Propylene rubber that is highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion, water and oil. It is widely used in the production of automotive parts, building waterproof materials, wire and cable sheath, automotive seals and so on. It is mainly used as gasket and waterproof ring for nylon cable glands in our products.
The above types of rubber can change their specific properties by introducing specific functional groups, changing molecular weight, vulcanization and other methods, so our products can also be customized and applied according to customer requirements, such as cold resistance and high temperature resistance.
