Development of waterproof junction box in China

  The development of waterproof junction box is a gradually improved solution for the requirements of urban power and communication construction, the requirements of buried wires and cables and communication cables, and the improvement of the requirements of cable branching, connection and waterproof. Plastic waterproof box has been successfully used in foreign countries for more than 20 years, and now it is widely used in China. Before 2000, metal waterproof junction boxes made of iron were mostly used in China; however, after 2000, with the rapid development of science and technology, the ABS plastic waterproof junction enclosure gradually replaced the metal waterproof junction box because of its low cost, good insulation and high waterproof performance.
